Return Policy

To start your return, please email us at support@malbella.com for authorization and instructions. Please include your full name, order number, and item(s) you would like to return.

Overview

  • Unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (exclusions) 
  • Gently used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable.
  • Sale Items are non-returnable/refundable.
  • If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase if you choose to keep it.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning any item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. To ensure your item was received properly, we recommend you purchase a tracking number. Item(s) must be confirmed received by the valid tracking confirmation to complete a return.
  • Exchanges - If you want to exchange an item, please return it for store credit. Once you receive your store credit you will be able to place a brand-new order for the replacement item(s). We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Product Defect Issues: Please send photos or a short video within 24hrs of receipt. We will need this to be able to send a replacement if the product is unusable. NOTE: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
